Pork Stew
|
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 lb. pork chunks (1 inch cubes)
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 small onion - chopped
2 garlic cloves - chopped finely |
2 stalks of celery - chopped
2 carrots - peeled & sliced
1 potato - peeled & cut into chunks
1 can of diced tomatoes (undrained)
1/2 teaspoon Badia dried thyme
1 teaspoon instant pork bouillon

| Combine flour, pepper
& salt in a mixing bowl. Mix in pork until coated. Heat oil
in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add pork, onion,
garlic & celery. Stir frequently and cook for 6-8 minutes.
Add carrots, diced tomatoes, thyme & bouillon. Bring to a
boil & reduce heat to low and cover. Stir occasionally and
add potato after 25 minutes. Continue cooking and stirring
occasionally for 30 minutes or until pork is tender. Enjoy. |
